By purchasing any coaching service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. What You’re Paying For
By completing your purchase, you are paying for digital coaching services, including but not limited to:
A custom fitness plan, provided after you submit required personal information
Daily check-ins and feedback via Telegram
Coaching support and accountability
Access to digital resources or content
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only granted under limited and clearly defined circumstances:
Eligible for Refund:
Duplicate or accidental payment
Payment processing errors
If the coach fails to deliver the promised services (e.g., custom plan, check-ins, feedback) after you’ve submitted the required information
Unauthorized payment or use of a stolen card (with proof and verification)
Not Eligible for Refund:
Change of mind after purchasing
Change of mind before receiving services
Financial difficulties after purchase
Expecting in-person coaching instead of online
Dissatisfaction with personal results or progress
Disagreement with coaching style, tone, or communication approach
Failure to participate or engage in the program
Missed check-ins or lack of activity by the client
Misunderstanding of what the program includes (unless due to misleading info)
Signing up but not opening or using Telegram
Timezone issues or scheduling conflicts
Failure to read the refund policy before purchasing
Partner, friend, or family member requesting the refund on behalf of the client
Threats of negative reviews in exchange for a refund
Completing part of the plan and then requesting a refund
Completing the full program and then requesting a refund
Downloading or accessing all materials and then requesting a refund
Sharing or distributing the program to others
3. Case-by-Case Situations
Some requests may be reviewed individually. Refunds or partial refunds may be considered under specific conditions, such as:
Proven unauthorized payment (with sufficient evidence)
Accidental purchase of the wrong package
Financial hardship (only at the coach’s discretion)
4. Pause and Extension Policy
Instead of refunds, we allow pauses or extensions of your program in cases such as:
Injury or medical condition
Family emergency
Travel or vacation
Work or life-related scheduling conflicts
All pause requests must be submitted via Telegram.
5. Timeframe for Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the original payment date. Requests outside this window will not be accepted, except for duplicate payments or confirmed technical errors.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Francis Fitness Coaching directly violates these terms. Clients are expected to attempt direct resolution before engaging in any external action. Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in account deactivation and denial of further service.

We aim to respond within 24 to 48 hours.
8. Legal Notice
By completing your purchase, you agree to this refund policy and acknowledge that digital services are generally non-refundable under UAE and international consumer protection laws. You confirm that you have read and accepted these terms at the time of payment.
